Coworth Park, Ascot
Coworth Park is a gem of an hotel, situated in 240 acres of grounds in Ascot, Berkshire. With four main meeting rooms, maximum 64 cabaret style and a total of 70 bedrooms.
With a spa for treat time and Guards Polo Academy located just beyond the wild flower meadow. The hotel also offers speaker events and wine dinners for individual bookings.
The Oak Room
Cabaret style for 24, seated private dining for 30 guests
The main hotel houses three of the four meeting rooms. The Oak Room is located just off the main reception meaning help is always at hand.
It features a private ante room where refreshments and a working lunch can be set up and your meeting remains undisturbed.
The Oval Room (cabaret style for 64, seated private dining for 100 guests) and Garden Room (cabaret style for 48, seated private dining for 80 guests) are on the lower floor reached by a sweeping staircase, they benefit from natural daylight, a shared reception area and patio.
Tower House Meeting Room
Cabaret style for 24, seated private dining for 30 guests plus a turret breakout room.
Located in a separate building, a short and very manageable walk from the main hotel is the Tower House. The Tower House has its own finishing kitchen (accessed via the main meeting room) so refreshment breaks and lunch can be taken in the room.
The Tower House also has a small turret room ideal for meeting prep, breakout meetings or informal discussions.

An alternative to lunch in the meeting room is the upper level of the Barn Restaurant just across the way from the Tower House. This would be semi private as this is a mezzanine level rather than a separate private room.
Conservatory at Restaurant Coworth Park
Private seated dining for 16 guests on one long table with the option of pre dinner drinks on the terrace.
For a final night private group dinner or a special occasion the Conservatory at Restaurant Coworth Park provides a beautiful, elegant surrounding with views to the rear of the hotel.
